I've been to Xcaret parks several times over the years. This last trip, I booked Xenses Park. Like my previous visits for Xcaret Park and Xel-Ha, the booking was simple online. What I appreciate most is the consistency; the parks are always clean, the staff are polite, and the activities are well-managed. This time, our transport was a little slower than my last trip to Xel-Ha, probably due to more traffic, but it still got us there and back without a hitch. I booked the Paquete Dos Parques, choosing Xcaret Park Basic and Xel-Ha All Inclusive, for a trip last spring. I had a quick question about the Photo Pass add-on, so I used their online chat support, and they responded within minutes, clarifying everything. When we arrived at the parks, scanning the tickets was seamless, no issues at all. Both parks were well-maintained and the staff were generally helpful. The transportation included with the package was punctual, though it took about an hour to get to Xel-Ha from our hotel near Cancun. The quality of the attractions and services at both locations met my expectations. For future trips, I'd probably upgrade to Xcaret Plus for the extra amenities, but Basic was fine for a first-timer.

Xcaret Park was amazing!

Oh my gosh, Xcaret Park Plus was absolutely incredible! I went with my partner and we had the best day ever. The underground rivers were so beautiful and the shows were fantastic. We really loved the buffet too, so many delicious options! I'm already planning my next trip to try Xel-Há. Definitely recommend it to everyone!

Good trip to Xplor Fuego

Went to Xplor Fuego last month with my family, it was a blast! The zip lines were super fun at night. Booking online was easy and everything went smoothly. We had a great time there.

Mostly good, transport could improve

I purchased the Xplor Park tickets including round-trip transportation for my family. The booking on the website was clear and I got my confirmation quickly. The park itself was excellent, we had a fantastic time with the activities, especially the amphibious vehicles. However, the pick-up for the transport back to the hotel was a bit chaotic. We waited about 20 minutes past the scheduled time and it felt disorganized with multiple buses for different routes. The driver was friendly once we were on our way, but better signage or clearer instructions at the pick-up point would be really helpful. Overall, it was a positive experience and good value for money, but that transportation snag was a bit of a downside.
